Medipense develops new technology products for our aging population, that reduce cost, reduce morbidity and increase quality of life through better adherence. Our products are designed to be simple to use for seniors, yet secure and feature packed for caregivers and health care providers.
Medipense is the inventor and manufacturer of RxPense®, an integrated, secure, multilingual, intelligent and connected pill dispenser, medication management and remote monitoring system designed for Seniors, Chronic Care Patients, Disabled Veterans, Indigenous Peoples and those with complex medication regimens.

History
Increasing healthcare costs caused by improper and unnecessary use of medicines, medical errors, an aging population, reduced access to family doctors and a profit led industry have made it difficult for the average person to cope. Patients over the age of 65 are among the top users of healthcare resources yet little is done to improve health, adherence to medications and reducing re-admittance and hospitalization.
Medipense was founded by a group of caring, senior-approaching entrepreneurs who quickly realized the importance of medication adherence, compliance and self-sufficiency and what that meant to seniors, their caregivers and even government agencies. Changing demographics and more technology-friendly users are demanding and willing to pay for a simpler life, a more convenient tool, a better technology solution. Medipense develops innovative digital health technologies, making them affordable and available at home, residence, managed care facility, clinic or health care institution.
